I have an offer from Capgemini US for Senior Manager role. The hike is decent but I want to know about SAP practice in CG US and how friendly are their policies and work culture.

Capgemini has a very strong SAP practice. It’s one of their best. When I worked there (not SAP), my WLB was great and peers would say the same

Capgemini is quick to lay you off if you’re on the bench for two weeks. As long as you’re utilized and know which butt to kiss, you should be fine

Yes.. Good to know this .. Thanks for sharing your inputs

What is the comp?

At level D2(Senior Manager) they are offering $195k + variable and benefits

What sort of pay expected for consultants with 4-5 yoe?

I heard D2 can also be director, true? Isn’t the base low for SM or is it higher end for D2?

Hi Fishes,

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Happy to connect in DMs as well

Thank you for your time!

Hi all. I’m a new hire as an associate tech consultant, been here for ~2 weeks.

This week, I’ll be meeting my senior manager (who is also my counsellor) in a 1:1 virtual session. Any tips on specific questions I should ask? I’m meeting him for the first time and thought I might want to learn a lot from him!

Thanks :D
