I have an offer from cvent but they want me to join within 2 months and my current company has 3 months notice period and are not ready to give early release. Has anyone faced such situation? Will cvent revise the joining date if i am unable to join within 2 months or will they revoke the offer?

I got a call from omnia for software developer role, I wanted to understand what's their base compensation , also how's the work life balance for Deloitte omnia
I tried searching Glassdoor but didn't got much for omnia seems like it's their newer division

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing.
