I have an offer from genpact for 7.4 LPA for BA position, I have 3.4 YOE. Can anyone tell me whether working in Genpact gives better exposure than working in WITCH companies?

I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it.
