If Barclays man informs about me giving interview even after taking an offer from JPMC, will JPMC take my offer back as I gave interview at Barclays?

I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
