I have expectation of 23L fixed. I attended few and I have cleared interviews of 5 companies but no one is providing me offer. I have only 10 days more.

When I speak with them, they say everything is positive but making me wait.

Why they are trying to delay the offer?

Hello Fishes, My current salary is 12 LPA. 8+ years experience in Transition Management and have U.S B1 visa. Been underpaid in previous roles. Now I have a shot at a position that has a budget upto 25 LPA. But due to current salary, I'm concerned they won't offer me more than 30-40%. How do I go about asking for a 20+ LPA package?
