I have an offer to join in Autodesk India. Likely P3 role. What's the avg pay range? How is the culture, wlb, Appraisal %, promotions? Do we get stock refreshers every year? perks? Layoffs? Tech stack? Please let me know your experience.

Was recently offered comp of 160k with 20% bonus was informed will not receive bonus for 2022 due to time of year (too late based on hiring date) Therefore I'm curious to say if I should be asking for higher salary base or a sign on bonus in lieu of the lack of bonus since I won't be receiving a bonus until 2024 technically?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?
