Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).

You can join if it's C2H or if you have permanent payroll offer from some other good organization then join there

Its always better to get enrolled under direct payroll, because whatever work you do at flipkart salary would be credited via consultancy only, and hikes and all everything would be under consultancy, wont be good as suck, Will recommend to talk with them and ask if it could be direct payroll with Flipkart
Take direct payroll, next employer will not pick you for permanent payroll as you were on C2H
That's not always the case. But contract wale employees ko respect nahi karte companies... They have to work really hard and doesn't get any perks except salary.
