Should we take personal Health & Term Insurance along with already provided group insurance by companies?

I have taken both paying premium (Approx 60k yearly for family for health and term insurance) since last 8 years but thinking to drop the personal insurance.

Any thoughts and suggestions?

I almost got out of Pharma... A CD from a Consumer agency doing solid work reached out, and I was so excited thinking I could finally do the kind of work I love. Then they told me they will fill the position with a current employee. I played it cool, but I can’t deny I felt frustrated.
