I have an owner who insists on feeding their cat a vegan diet, and I think I'd be more concerned if it was a dog, depending on size, but I have made recommendations otherwise. Would love a second opinion on how and when you should really push for them to include animal protein and any surefire health conditions you could bring up as potential threats.

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out.
