😭 I have applied to more than 200-300 jobs in the past 3 months on various websites but I haven't really received any call backs or responses. I have given around 10 interviews only including all rounds for a few companies but I don't have any suitable offer yet.

I recieved one offer but I didn't join due to some issues. I am not sure what the problem is, but I would appreciate any help.

(Also I am not working currently as my NP has already ended 🥹)

JPMorgan Chase folks, how long does it take after accepting the offer/contract to getting contacted by the premployment screening team ? I have been waiting for a week now but I was told it is triggered automatically after 24hrs to 48 business hours after the acceptance. I have called my recruiter and they said I should check my spam folder which had nothing. Any indications here ?

The recruiter at a job fair yesterday said I'm a good fit, but to send her an email with edits to the resume to make it look more like a managers one because they have to sell applicants to higher ups and schedule an interview.

I can't wait too long to send it, so nervous as I'm picking at it trying to further change it.
