I have around 3.5+ years of experience in SAP CPI (including internship) and am currently serving my notice period.

My current company (small organization, good environment, WFH) has offered a counter package of 10+1 LPA. I also have an offer from IBM at 11+1 LPA.

At present, I don’t have other offers but have started applying to other MNCs and waiting for interview updates.
