I have been a senior producer for 8 years. This is due impart to lay offs and available positions at companies I moved to. I have always increased my salary with each new position. I’m currently at $160k. If I’m looking to become an EP, what should I expect my salary to be? (Not in NY or LA).

I accepted an offer from another consulting firm and my H1B visa has also been transferred. I have not joined the new role yet. However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer? If I accept the second offer does this raise any red flags with USCIS as they potentially see 2 almost consecutive visa transfer requests?
