I have been accepted into Fidelity's Apprenticeship program, duration for the same is 1 year.
Wanted to know about the conversion rate to FTE as I had been told that they cannot guarantee FTE.
I haven't received any offer letter or terms of employment and was told I'll be receiving that on the joining date, is this normal?
Lastly, have their been any instances of apprentices getting laid off or terminated before their term ends?

I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.
