I have been actively looking to leave consulting. After many months of try, I was able to get an interview at Google. The HM scheduled the meeting tomorrow and I have been having serious anxiety attack about it. I have taken zero preparation for it and I keep getting distracted anytime I am opening up my notebook. I am convinced that I will fail miserably during the interview tomorrow. Should I just ask the recruiter to cancel or reschedule?

I have around 1 year of experience in Java and total 5.5 years in total.

I got a lead role in a company with good package.
The role is of java fullstack, microservices.
I studied hard on spring boot and microservices but my hands on experience is less.
Would I be able to survive,I am a quick learner and deliver projects on time....but first time switching so asking.
