I get an email or a LinkedIn post from a company that promises to fill my pipeline with leads probably three times a week. I’m wondering if anyone has used one of these services and can provide a recommendation? I have a pretty narrow niche and have figured out what my ideal client looks like, so I assume that these services will fill my inbox, but with leads that are not quite right. Anyone have a good experience?

Anyone have any luck going client side? What are your tips/successes when approaching the transition?

At a previous company... we were contractually obligated to have deployed (and provided 24x7 monitoring of) an AT&T Cybersecurity product suite for a managed network client, but we never deployed the solution. A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?
