Hi Fishes,
My Joining date was on 5th Dec, but didn't the onboarding mail, On 2nd Dec I was my BGC scheduled and they asked for my degree certificate, On 5th Dec 2022 I got the link from verification team where I uploaded my address proof.
But will they still onboard me, as my joining date is already passed, My recruiter is not responding my mails. Pls let me know

Though I didn’t want to be that open and discuss about the letter of extension, I couldn’t contain myself when the topic came up for a different reason. The point is at a given point when you escalate an issue with your manager and make decisions based on discussion if things don’t go the way you expected could he still pin it on you for negative results?
The manager never gave me any criteria’s or had even any scheduled meetings during my 6 months, despite my several requests. How do I move forward?
Are you having regular touch bases with your manager to receive feedback on a regular basis, and that way you can also assure that their expectations are clear for what they need from you?
And always go into these meetings with a positive attitude and appreciation of their time and help. Try not to show your frustration with the situation.
Thank you. I have been in regular chat with him however he never offered any negative feedback. I did go in to a meeting with him on his letter of extension of probation and I did tell him that he’s unfair to cite the reasons that he had without any evidence. Did explain it to him about complete sequence and as expected he did come out with real reason citing the business needed to have more time to assess me as they were not able to allocate me the right budget and accounts yet and may be thinking of reducing my salary due to low business activity. I’m not sure how to respond to this yet.
