I love it! I am tracking my cycles with it (in combo with the Natural Cycles app). I think I am better about getting in bed and putting my phone away more quickly at night because I know it is judging me. I find the stress data really interesting and I also track workouts
I had mommy wrists and could not wear my Apple Watch and that's when I got aura. The sleep tracking is getting better but still in under works. It provides a score which can optimize how hard you workout. So for example, if my newborn kept me up, the activity score would be low and I would just take a walk to meet the score. Now, usually I get about 6 hrs of sleep which is a solid activity score and I do mix of strength and cardio to meet the activity goals. The other aspect is resilience and stress levels which are still evolving but helps to take action like taking few breaths. The one thing I would say is to get rubber cover bands if you lift weights as scratches do happen and don't look pretty.
Also it doesn't record strength workout so you have to manually add it which may or may not be accurate. It does record bike and walking but everything else has to be added manually.
