I have felt guilty, and as I got older, I got over it. I have been fortunate to work for a couple of companies that MADE us take our PTO to stay refreshed and focused.
It is YOUR time off. It is part of your compensation packagae. You have been working a quarter of a year, non-stop, working "crazy hours". You NEED time off, your employer needs you to recharge, and you definitely should take the time, without any guilt or remorse.

Totally relate. I used to feel guilty too, but then I reminded myself PTO is part of our compensation, especially after grinding for months. You earned that time. Rest isn’t lazy, it’s necessary. Enjoy your week off guilt-free 😌

I have never felt bad for taking time off from work. I need that time to rest and come back better so I can do my job. Mentally, I need a break to get my mind and body aligned. Rest is so needed when we work so much.
