I have cleared hr round in Capgemini for Senior Developer position. Experience 7.5 years.
I have shared all the documents. I have done MCA so i had to share all 6 semesters certificates of the mca.

I had shared my MCs degree and 1st, 2nd and 4th semester certificates to the HR and did not share 3, 5 and 6 semester certificates as I have lost them somewhere.
HR is telling me that without those 3rd, 5th and 6th semester certificates I will not release the offer letter. What should I do?? ☹️☹️

Applied for a position in PWC UK and status shows as 'interviewin' on workday. Does this mean I'm selected for an Interview, or that the position itself is now in the interviewing process.

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Anyone have insight how long it will take after a panel interview to get word on whether the position is going to be offered or not? Recommendations on follow ups with HR to find out status?

I have worked in municipal government for almost 17 years. I love what I do as an Inspector, but the environment is toxic, and administration horrible. I have an opportunity to go into the private sector side, as well a second interview for another municipality doing same job. I have been in an awkward reporting structure for 2.5 years. On record I’ve reported to the VP of Marketing, who was crazy toxic, and technologically inept.
