I have cleared the interview as well as had discussions with HR,But when i see my status it is showing fitment approval in progress [this will not trigger approval process in orc]

After technical rounds, HR asked me to submit the documents and BGC related forms. I sent the all documents, it's been one week and no call back. Usually how much time they will take ?

Any recruiters here? What does it take for the CV to be screened? Even after referral and a high score on the ACS check, the profile seems to be untouched. No contact has been made in the last 2 months.

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
