What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Are baba,the ones getting several times your CTC are new joiners,you will never get their CTC,leave asap only then you will get good hike,you will never get in ltim their salary even if you stay for long time.

You have two options.
1) if ur management is ok to match compensation then get an offer and ask them to match.
Else
2) Leave the organisation, don't sit comfortably there.

Job Market is tough na,so he is frustrated like everybody 😭 90% lti employees will leave if given opportunity outside,this is reality of lti,kaam hi nahi hey salo ke pass,sirf baat bade karte hey,kidhar hey multi million $ contract or new clients they say they have got.

If u are too stuck then stop or do less work.
Then come to the bench and before that complete your study and start an interview and while on bench u will get offers outside easily at 14-17 lakh.

honest suggestion. if you dont have commitments then resign without offer you will realise everything within 6 months you will get better offer. self experience. i jumped from 4lpa to 15 lpa in a year changed company within 6 months.
Change is a must and your manager knows everything and somewhere he is like u don't have potential that's why you are there for so long... So prove them wrong and get a better salary... If something is not working for you then change the way and upgrade your skill set at list for interviews and move out from the comfort zone.
