Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .

It doesn't really matter what you do. This is your chance to come aboard - they aren't going to keep you in mind for other roles. The bridge will be burned with these contacts. Doesn't mean if there's turnover or people without knowledge of this cycle won't reach out but your goose is cooked with these folks.

If you frame the message well and send it to the recruiter, I think it could be well received. S/he should understand. Not sure if you had clealy communicated your comp. expectation at the very beginning. HR should have asked this question in their initial screen and before moving you forward. A big waste of everyone's time if you know you ahead of time you will not takea sizable cut.
