I have declined an offer at a really cool company with an awesome team because it would be a 20% paycut. I want the team to keep me in mind for the future as director+ positions open up. Would you send thank you emails to people who interviewed you on the super day, or let the recruiter (who was awesome and I think she’ll actually follow through) communicate this for your?

Said another way, would it be awkward to directly email these people when you’re declining due to comp?

Hi everyone - I made it to the final round of interviews with Amazon for a Program Manager position. They initially asked if I would relocate and at the time I said yes - however, due to my husband’s new job I’m no longer able to relocate.

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
