I have dropped paper in wipro they are giving me a hike of 3.5 L as joining bonus which is gradually added into CTC (Retention period of 2 yrs) and offered onsite and thy are telling me to revert paper then nly they can raise work permit (is that even true..?!). Thy confirmed it on mail with all the clients and wipro officals.

To be honest, I am not able to believe it.

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?

I'm in South Florida. Currently a 6 year associate at a small firm (~12 attorneys, 55 staff). Making a move towards Managing Attorney position that they are considering hiring from outside the firm for. I'm going to make the case that they should promote from within and give me the position. I see the current Indian hiring scene as not unreasonable inflation of salaries and astounding hikes rather as a correction; a deep upward correction.
This was long overdue. The starting salaries have remained more or less stagnant for over a decade.

India is no more the India of yore. India has had a very pertinent export for a longish period of time. Indian software engineers have long served at meagre rates in India.

Now is the time to establish some sort of equilibrium.

Hi All, I attended interview for Capgemini.After technical round I recieved a mail from their Hr team asking for documents like payslip , last year form 16 , certificates and id proof. I was surprised as I didn't receive any call from their Hr team mentioning I got selected and no salary discussion took place . Finally after contacting them they informed this is the usual process and they will send offer letter only after sharing these information. Can anyone confirm if this is legit their hiring process?

My manager told me that this year bel curve is reintroduced and due certain process change in scatter plot , difference is expected( its mentioned in mail also) but she has assured that everything is fine and promotion is also supported but due to bellcurve, normalization has taken place .rest they have given good feedback..any comments/suggestion?
