I have got an offer from UST Global. Is the company having a strict 3 days WFO, any fixed number of hours in these 3 days is required? Is it very strict or one can manage with 1/2 days wfo?

My manager has announced for hybrid/wfo mode. 3 days in a office mandatory...what are your thoughts guys
