CTC - 48L plus 3L retirals
7.5L joining bonus
7L annual bonus (performance based)
80k RSU.

Current compensation:39L

Is it good offer? Also what about annual refresher RSU? How much on an average MTS can expect?

I was promised that my salary will increase and as far as I know Partner has conveyed this request to the HR, but I still have not got any updates , so is it possible that , HR can deny the request, or they ar bound to do so ?. Who decides our CTC and increment ?

I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. Am I black listed because of PIP? Please share your insights.
