CTC of 48L is less for 8 yrs of exp
48L is base only. Annual bonus is on top of that. How much more can i ask for?
39L is revised that you will get from april 2026 or current?
If you are getting min. 10% hike for 2026 you will be around 42. Then total hike you get from 42 - 48 will be less than 20 percent. I dont know exact number though.
Pretty decent numbers for 8 years.
Not sure but i ahve heard that AMD people dont negotiate well with base, will increase max 1-2 lakh
Try to negotiate stock compensation
Op can at least try one round of negotiation ask base of 51- 55,

No it is: 48+3+7+(80k/4) =approx 76L CTC for each year. Excluding JB.
1st year ctc: 76+ JB
