I have HR round in Accenture on Monday for Business Analyst Position and my current CTC is 7.8 Fixed on 3.8 YOE, How much should i ask for Hike?

Offered lead engineer designation for 4.7 YOE .they normally offer this position E1.2 band ??

I’m at a Fortune 500 company with an employee stock purchase plan but I’m unhappy with my salary and job title. I was offered an opportunity to make 30k more with the title I want with a smaller company doing the same role. I’m wondering if it’s the right career move to just jump ship…Any guidance is much appreciated.
