I have interviewed with several different companies and the interviews seem to go well. That is where it ends…. I think it is because I have been honest and let them know that I have MS. I do this when we are discussing the insurance. I make it clear that it has not kept me from working and that I am eager to get back into the job market and learn a new industry. Do you think this is why I am not hearing back from anyone?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. 732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

How do you folks describe your deals in resume/ interviews/ LinkedIn while stopping short of naming client/target? If you describe the acquirer and target, it’s pretty easily traced to the exact deal.

The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. How important would it be to not have the “Jr” before the title? Personally, I don’t care about the title, but wonder about future employer’s?

When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
