Are you disclosing this before you have the job offer? Do you think it might be a better idea to wait until you get the job offer before discussing these things so they can't discriminate against you?
I will say, I have been looking for a new role for about 8 months now and I only get as far as a first interview as well. I think part of it is how bad the job market is now. It is possible they aren't calling you back because of the MS though. You could try waiting to disclose it and see if you get further in the process.

My heart goes out to you. Being honest should never work against someone, yet bias is real. I would consider separating health discussions from interviews unless absolutely required. It is unfair, but sometimes protective.

Aw bless you, yeah as said above maybe refrain from discussing this until you have the job offer.
