I have joined recently (Beginning of dec) and got access to zoho tool only 2-3 days ago.. Do I need to record all the wfh days attendance to be able to get salary today? (Heard we will get salary today, 22nd dec because of Christmas shutdown from 23rd)

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.

Anybody bummed that we will get AIP as percentage of Indian salary??

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

I know that people say it’s all about story, but with a certain gpa/gmat score is there a “floor” that you’re safe on?
