Then I received email directly on 17th April for document submission for BGV. There is no HR discussion yet and no calls received from the HR
. Is it the normal process to have salary discussion post BGV in Capgemini?
What's the probability that I will get the offer.
I am dealing with anxiety issues due to the current employer and want to resign asap.
