I have left my job in Infosys after 2.5 years of working in UiPath. I was working with UiPath. Now though I am applying for a lot of jobs, I am getting rejected by all. What is the problem I don't understand. I thought with 2.5 years I would get some opportunities. But I am not. I have even tried optimising my Resume through Rezi and all.

I'm having two 2nd-to-last rounds for non-G FAANGs this week, but I haven't heard if/when I am advancing in interviews for 2 different roles at G that I last interviewed or phone screened for 2 weeks ago. Will Google speed up if I tell them I'm in the process with another FAANG? Will it look bad if I tell G I'm advancing elsewhere but don't get the offer elsewhere?
