I have more than 5 years of experience in it support analyst position, I got layoff and trying get job from last 6 months but no luck , getting interviews but after two rounds they say they got someone match more for the position, now I am tiered and exhausted giving interviews, I don’t know even I get job or not. Sometimes I feel is this end of my career or what or may be something is missing in my skills or something that’s the reason I am not selected in interviews.

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Although the first 2 rounds went well, there has been no further response from HR. Is this a normal delay or should I think I didn't make it. Any thoughts?
