I struggle with my mental health and my biggest weaknesses is not being attentive to details and having strong interpersonal skills. Those two factors are is the reason I feel I am failing at my job. I’m 2 months into my position and I don’t know what I should do. I’ve never been at a job for no longer that 11 months. I want to change that but I feel my mental health is getting in the way.
