I have offer from hsbc and hoonartek, hsbc is working in hybrid model and hoonartek is giving permanent remote. Hoonartek is offering hsbc CTC+ 3 lpa

An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
