Should I join Barclays or resist from joining it ?
How is work life balance in Barclays client ?

1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I am considering to start studying for the exam but I know I would need to leave my employer in order to give 110%. I am contemplating the idea of at least passing one part while employed. I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
