I have over 6 years of experience in automation testing. My educational background includes a full-time diploma in Civil engineering, a part-time B.A. completed in 2017, and an MCA through distance education completed in 2022. Now, when i am applying for jobs, I am not getting shortlisted for interviews. Could my educational path be a potential barrier to advancing my career in automation testing? Or Should I have to do some certifications related to testing?

I am looking into the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional). It seems to be quite an expensive exam.

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening.
