I have recently given an interview and got shortlisted for an SA role . However no HR has called me for an offer . I have received a Mail from a HR manager sent out to 40 of us in CC asking us to do some paid trainings that will be compensated when we join . And a second mail asking us to ignore . This happened 2 weeks ago and still there is no call from HR . How can I follow up ? HR not picking up call nor replying.

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? Does getting snapshot at partially next level in 4 perimeter and next level in 1 perimeter will be enough to get promotion? I have received similar kind of 5 snapshot. ( some cases next grade in 2 perimeter)
