I have recently joined Microsoft. I plan to opt for Microsoft provided ESOP which will allow me to convert a portion of my salary to stocks. The only broker you can choose for this is Fidelity.

I have also received an email to opt for the broker for my RSU - between Fidelity and JP Morgan.

Should I go with Fidelity for both or is it better to choose JP Morgan for RSU?
