I have seeded for my Bank KYC on 4th July 2025 with Indusind bank and it is still showing as Verification under Process. When I tried confirming with Bank, they replied that they have approved it on 5th July itself, the HR shared a screenshot saying that they have no pending request for KYC and by raising grievance at EPFO portal, they replied that they have no role, either Bank or Employer will do it.
Someone please guide
