We're a mature aerospace impact startup (in Switzerland) pre launch for a new platform to engage and empower passangers in order to accelerate sustainability in aviation. Our product website is www.adaption.me and company website is www.optimaero .ai.
If you're interested in joining us, and you think you have skills that suit our business, you could drop me a speculative application by email at hello@OptimAero.ai.

3 - I don't see value in doing anything other than word and I can't see a college paying for something like this unless it was bundled with a service like VMock.
My college gave me a standardized word template and everyone going for consulting used that one. Most top schools have a similar 1pg format, which makes it very easy to review. Post-grad students are going to be using word anyway so implementing a new system is just going to take them away reps with the bare basic microsoft tools... which is already its own issue.
Thanks for commenting, thats appreciated.
I feel the angle is enforcing consistency in college. I have seen quite a few times when kids from T20 schools have used very bad templates from online like two column resumes or apple based resumes with graphics, yet were top tier graduates. After they complained to me that they didnt get internships, I had to force them to use IB style templates to help land their jobs post college. That’s the motivation for me to make this.
What about making different resumes for different jobs, or tailoring to different job descriptions? Or even trying to track your achievements or tasks over time and then creating resume lines when you need it IE getting laid off or changing jobs? Do you see a value in that?
So far I have two calls set up with two career centers with a third one in progress of being set up to validate the problem and to see if this is something career centers would actually adopt.
I’m curious if anyone here has advice on 1) how to approach the calls broadly beyond just mom testing them 2) if anyone sold into education before or 3) has thoughts on whether this is a real pain point or just something students complain about.
