What comp range should I expect for Facebook PMM roles? (2 YOE post MBA, 7 total)

How the consultants working on SAP application doing salary wise?
For me:
2015- 3.4 LPA(started as a fresher)
2022- I will be joining a company at 32 LPA

Other than 1 report I send daily, I am sitting all day, waiting. Big company. Pretty sure I was a diversity hire and in comparison to my peers, under-qualified. I’m blessed bc salary is great and remote role, but not challenged and if ever a lay off - I’d for sure be on list. I can do personal things and side hustle, but what would you do?

I have worked with multiple technologies
Endpoint security, virtual patching, network security, email gateway, dlp, lbs. Now currently working in VAPT for more than 3years with multiple clients managing most of the work and connecting with clients, also implementing technologies. Tools currently working in are Qualys and Tenable.
I feel Iam very underpaid with 6.5lpa.

Currently making 125k salary with 10k bonus at essentially an assistant controller role. Client wants to hire me and is asking for my compensation range. This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing.
