How are hikes at VMware?
I had an interview with Hitachi Vantara on Saturday. The interviewer did not show up. I asked for reason they told me some medical emergency. They again called me on Monday and rescheduled for Thursday. Today I got an email which said interview is cancelled. No reason or anything. Just one statement. Is it worth chasing these kind of organisations? Please suggest as this is my first job hunt phase and I don't know if I want to work with a company that has this kind of work ethics.

Product management usually make less than engineers at the same level, so moving from developer to product has hurt your earning potential.
Request a salary review or wait for the next raise cycle which will typically be around Feb-April. Going through the promotion process may be more immediate if you are qualified and ready.
PS seriously needs to consider salary correction as people are leaving too often because of low base salary and increaments
I faced a similar thing when I switched roles. Just like you, I do value the opportunity Sapient gave me but it doesn't mean I don't deserve to get paid fairly. Tried taking it up with the leadership on several occasions but to no avail. Ended up making a switch finally :)
Update your resume and start applying for Product Management roles. I am sure there are thousands of open position in product management waiting for people to apply and acquire.
Typical problem faced by old timers in PS. Best bet will be update ur CV, look outside. Good luck.
The learning right now is great, clients trust me in such a short time. The leadership at client side is pretty dynamic. But I hate the CTA and I am not happy with my new Product supervisor in my company. Don't trust him, don't see him being invested in my growth.

Answer to your question is - switch
Best thing is you have the Product Manager title at your current employer which will help you to land an offer for PM role showing you have that experience. Use the offer to bump up your PS salary if you want to stay or take that offer to a better role!
You need to switch, considering the CTC ranges Sapient offers you are just making shyly as much as an AL2.
The excuse that they offered you an opportunity, can be easily countered with the fact that you were capable enough to transition and adapt so quickly.
