If I am taking proper planned leaves by informing my manager, can I fill sick leaves code there?

Reason is I have 12 sick leaves left now which I couldn't take for my mental health as well while working in night shift continuously for 1 month due to project workload?
If it is possible I want to apply leaves from 19-30th Dec.

Does anyone have any side gigs or know of any gig types for project managers? Projects themselves need too much attention to manage on the side of our already busy days.

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.
