I have two offer letters, one is remote and the other one is work from the office, while I want to join the one with a remote opportunity but later one has offered a better salary. Is it unethical or fair enough to go back to HR and ask them to try to match the later offer letter. Wouldn't want my offer letter to be revoked though. Any suggestions?
