I have two offers in hand, PWC at 10.5 fixed and 50k Joining bonus in Kolkata location. Accenture at 11lpa fixed and 0-21% variable for Bangalore location. I have 4.9 yrs of experience with Capgemini in project management. Can anyone help which to chose, clearly I know PWC will give an edge to my field as its advisory consulting but package is something which I m not satisfied (although its 80% hike). Accenture on the other hand will provide good work life balance.

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
