I have two options -
Citi bank- voice surveillance-11.7 lpa (home city)
Hsbc- trade surveillance-9 lpa (other city)

Which one should i choose as hsbc has better role and is on another city and citigrp is paying well in my own city but a position that is less valueable and less scope than hsbc in future.

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. With the Partners assigning work to me in teams of 2-3, there's potential for growth. But with the sheer amount and depth of work on each case it's challenging to take on a more "adult" role. I often find myself in a more assistive role, either by my choice or the Partners'.
