I heard WK Raised their pay bands. I want to see how RGA compares to other digital agencies pay bands. Can anyone share what SR Producers or EXec Producer pay bands are at AKQA on west coast (LA/Portland) Or another similar to RGA large digital agency? This helps us make the case to our leadership. WK is 130-170k for sr producers now.

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company.
