I heard WK Raised their pay bands. I want to see how RGA compares to other digital agencies pay bands. Can anyone share what SR Producers or EXec Producer pay bands are at AKQA on west coast (LA/Portland) Or another similar to RGA large digital agency? This helps us make the case to our leadership. WK is 130-170k for sr producers now.

So I’m late to the Indian Matchmaking series. Is it the guy who has to be wealthy and the women who need to come from wealth? There doesn’t seem to be a lot of emphasis on what the women do for a living, but the men all seem either well-off or getting called losers. Is that what people look for in real life too?
