I mute my notifications outside of work hours now. My clients know my working hours and know not to expect anything outside of them. It helps me focus on life and the things I enjoy without interruption.
Try to at least structure your mornings with the things you enjoy before the day gets away from you. Getting outdoors first thing in the morning, body movement and getting protein are all especially helpful. Try to go out to lunch at least weekly and ending each day with something to look forward to especially if it involves connecting with family and friends. I also like taking 3-4 day long weekends throughout the year instead of waiting for 1-2 weeks off.
