I am interviewing for a recruiting specialist role at a San Francisco tech company with 1 year experience as a recruiting coordinator. What salary range can I expect?

I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?

I have an offer from TCS which is offering 35 LPA. However the variable component is around 7LPA. I want to know does TCS pay variable 100% or they deduct a considerable amount from variable.
Also is it worth joining TCS?

Currently working as Electrical engineer in medical device company. Been applying to few battery and electrical engineering jobs at amazon in seattle and california locations. If anyone could provide referral for the job, that would be very helpful.

I currently do securities ops/accounting but want to move into a more client facing role. One of our marketing/client service associates got a promotion, so I’m guessing she’ll be doing higher level work, which may leave a gap for some of the work she used to do. How would I go about asking if I can work on that team in some capacity but still do my current role? I’ve only been there 1 yr and I know my current manager also has some higher level items in securities ops he wants me to do as well.
