Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .

Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I looked into it and the position was posted 2 weeks ago.Their director wants to meet.I bet pay is one of the first things to be discussed so that no one’s time is wasted.Am I crazy for not wanting to entertain it for less than 20-25% base pay increase?Is it selfish to ask for more? I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?

This is the problem in bosch.Mainly upper management is not co-operative as they got promotion based on seniority not based their knowledge or eligibility.If you work hard,there is problem and if you not able to work due to KT or some othet reason,they will blasted on you.Management does not want to understand your issue or problem rather they wil blame you for reason or not able work. Manager will not provide solution rather to create more problem on you.
This is culture bosch now.Because who is your manager ,he is working quite a long time in bosch and he created comfort zone in bosch.Even,ths type of manager cannot go outside due to their comfort zone.There is another problem that sometimes manager's salary also less than your salary which is created another problem to manager.If you want to get proper flavour of work/technology you have to join Bosch germany.BGSW india is working as cost cutting company of Robert Bosch gmbh.
In this situation,you should have joined as people manager not as functonal analysist or normal team member.
Please note that I have explained above part based out of experience in bosch.It may slightly different person to person.
Yes, I have heard the same from others also in office itself. Can you imagine during my first 1on1 my manager indicating I will get around 2% hike? And I got 3%. This was one week after I joined.
Is there a way to delete this post? This change of designation is a misunderstanding on my part. This is for everyone through cool colours. The trouble with the team and manager is still there though 🥴
They already started pip from Jan 1st week
Company should put pip about higher management whose objective is to running behind the resources without any technical work like level 54 onwards.

I had left Bosch 3 years ago. It was almost like a government company. No strict rules for anything. Stability in terms of project forecast, job security, onsite options etc. What has changed since!!?? layoffs and Bosch were something that was never heard of.
Another problem is very critical that very bad regional politics in bosch.They prefer their own language people .

In that scenarios they are putting in PIP and layoff.
They have not yet put in PIP - but it's not far away.
Is it not dependent on employee? Are you notified by email or anything from HR?
