I joined as FP&A Manager with the understanding that I would learn FP&A. after joining, I found that the books are not updated. Monthly closures are not being performed, provisions are missing, and backdated entries are still being posted. The FA Controller and CFO is aware of these issues, but they remain unresolved. Due to these accounting gaps, I am currently unable to perform meaningful FP&A activities. Pls suggest what should I do.

Most popular books I find such as 'Procurement and Supply Manager's Desk Reference' are not detailed/deep enough.

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I want to know how to transition to a non client facing role in wealth management or another financial role. I am series 7 and series 66 licensed. Any thoughts?

How does AirBnB promote acting ethically amongst its rentals? There are many rentals that skirt their local laws and fail to procure the proper licensing for putting their property in AirBnB.
